Your use of the website implies your acceptance of this fact, and gives the right of jurisdiction to the UK courts for the resolution of any disputes that may arise in connection with this website and your use of it under these terms.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Delivery
Delivery is to UK mainland addresses only. From time-to-time UK Beanbags will run special promotions offering FREE DELIVERY please note that when we do so, missed, failed, returned, and refused delivery charges as set out below will still apply.
Missed deliveries.
Our products are shipped by courier and need to be signed for upon receipt. Please ensure someone will be available to take delivery of your item, if necessary, by providing a work address.
The courier will leave a calling card if you are not home, including details of how to contact them and rearrange delivery. Often the courier will attempt redelivery the following working day. In the event of the second delivery failing or refused delivery, your parcel will be held by the courier for approx 3 days whilst they await contact from you. If no contact is made, then the beanbag will be returned to our factory.
Failed and refused deliveries that are returned to us will incur a charge of £20 to cover the cost of shipping and return. We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event of this happening, and to refund you the monies paid, less the £20 per item cost of return and associated administration.
Returns and cancellations.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are within your rights to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods. If you wish to cancel your order and return an item to us we require notification within 7 days via telephone or email. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and in an unused new condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, and for ensuring adequate tracking is in place to avoid the item going missing.
All returned items will be subject to an admin fee of £4.00 per item.
Our contract with the courier is only for delivery of items from our factory. We are unable to arrange collection of your item for the purposes of return.
UK Beanbags reserves the right to take action to claim back any expenses the company incurs in relation to repair, cleaning or otherwise returning our goods to the condition in which they were sent, should they arrive damaged or dirty. You are advised to retain proof of purchase and the receipt for your beanbag, and to include your receipt with your return package.
Matters beyond our control.
UK Beanbags will not be held responsible for the failure of our services because of matters beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, extreme weather events, flood, fire, traffic congestion, industrial action, mechanical breakdown, or any other unexpected and uncontrollable event which impedes our delivery of our service to you. In the event that we are unable to meet our requirements we will endeavour to let you know at the earliest possible occasion.
Guarantees
UK Beanbags design and manufacture beanbags of the highest quality and value. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the company warrants that the supplied goods (excluding the fillings of the goods) are fit for purpose when used in the manner for which they are designed. For domestic customers who follow our care and use instructions, this is limited to 12 months, and for commercial customers, 6 months.
Sale and promotional items
UK Beanbags reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or otherwise exclude items from sales, promotions and other marketing activities without prior warning. Any discount codes, money off vouchers or other marketing materials should only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions under which they were issued. Beautiful Beanbags reserves the right to cancel any order which they feel to be in infringement of the terms of sale.
Privacy Policy
UK Beanbags understand that privacy is an important issue to our customers and website visitors and are committed to ensuring that the data you provide to us is kept secure. This privacy policy sets out what information we collect and why, as well as how we use and store that data. All our customers and website visitors are encouraged to read this policy before using our site and service.
By continuing to use our website and service you are implying acceptance of this policy. We reserve the right to make changes to the policy from time to time and encourage our customers and visitors to check back every now and then to ensure they are happy with any changes that have been made.

Passing your information to 3rd parties
UK Beanbags never sells, distributes, discloses, or otherwise shares your personal information with any third party without your prior and explicit consent. When you place an order, you are consenting to us sharing your details with the courier appointed for delivery.
In the event that your account is in arrears, and we are unable to retrieve the funds from you directly, we reserve the right to pass your details to a collection agency to recover the monies owed. We also reserve the right to release your details upon request in any situation where we are required to do so.
